Welcome to BikeMantra’s Terms and Conditions! By renting our classic or electric bikes or using our website and app, you agree to these terms. BikeMantra provides bike rental services across India, and users must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID to rent. Rentals are subject to availability, and pricing (e.g., ₹300/day for classics, ₹500/day for electrics) may change—check our app for the latest rates. Payment is required upfront via approved methods in the app.

Users are responsible for the bike’s care during the rental period. Damage, theft, or loss must be reported immediately, and repair or replacement costs may apply. Late returns incur additional fees based on our daily rates. BikeMantra reserves the right to refuse service or terminate rentals for misuse, including illegal activities or unsafe riding. Refunds are processed at our discretion, typically within 7-14 business days for cancellations made 24 hours in advance.
